Before & After Care
Breakfast Club
  • Breakfast Club is available to US students in the dining room starting at 7:35 a.m. and LS/MS students starting at 7:45 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Breakfast Club is free of charge and offered on a drop-in basis. (No registration required.)
Wednesday Morning Before-School Care 
  • Information about registering Lower & Middle School students for Before Care on Wednesday late starts will be provided in the first Sunday Skim on August 27, 2021.
After-Care: Lower School Homework Zone & Extended Day and Middle School Homework Haven
  • Students may attend Homework Zone from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, where they begin homework with supervision by Lower School faculty and staff. Homework Zone starts on the first day of school (free of charge, no sign-up necessary). 

  • Extended Day, the Lower School after-school program, is available to all students in grades 3-6 daily.  It is designed for students remaining on campus after the school day has ended. Extended Day runs 4:30-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday (following Homework Zone), and 3:30-6 p.m. Fridays. Registration and fee information will be provided in the first Sunday Skim on August 27, 2021.

  • Homework Haven is a program designed for Middle School students who must remain on campus after the school day has ended. Adult supervision and snacks are provided. Its mission is to provide students an opportunity to work on school assignments in a structured, quiet classroom environment. All Middle School students who have not been picked up 30 minutes after the close of school must
    report to Homework Haven. Students must be picked up by 6 p.m., Monday
    through Friday. The Middle School will run Homework Haven starting the first day of school. Registration and fee information will be in the first Sunday Skim on August 27. 

The Upper School Academic day ends at 3:30 p.m. Additional time may be spent on campus for athletics, arts, and club responsibilities. Parents coordinate carpool with their daughters according to their needs.
