CURRENT STATUS:

SCHOOL WILL CONTINUE IN DISTANCE LEARNING MODE THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

Governor Hogan and State Superintendent of Schools Karen Salmon announced last week that Maryland school campuses will not re-open this school year. As we have done throughout the pandemic, we will follow the Governor’s directives and will therefore continue in distance learning mode for the remainder of the school year. While we realize this is very disappointing news for all of us, we look forward to finishing out strong together even from afar. We will keep you informed as we make plans and decisions over the next several months regarding the upcoming school year. You can expect that we will continue to follow the Governor's guidance on school re-opening and social distancing protocols and procedures.

SCHEDULE REMINDERS AND UPDATES
  • US students' last day of classes will be on Friday, May 22 with a noon dismissal.
  • LS and MS faculty and students will now be off all day Friday, May 22. (This was originally scheduled as a half day.)
  • LS and MS students' last day of classes will be Friday, May 29 with a noon dismissal.

As the coronavirus situation evolves, we will continue to refine the plan, allowing for necessary adjustments and flexibility.
