Fourth Grade Learns about Chinese Food from an Expert

As part of their unit on China, the fourth grade got the very special opportunity to learn about Chinese cuisine from one of the best chefs in the world, Peter Chang.

Chang is a world renowned restauranteur with multiple locations across Virginia and Maryland. Students visited his restaurant Q by Peter Chang in Bethesda and explored and created Chinese cuisine. They came away having received a hands-on experience with Chang and his wife, Lisa, and then enjoyed several dishes created by the chef.
