12 Student-Athletes Named to All-ISL

12 Student-Athletes Named to All-ISL

The Independent School League has recognized 12 Holton student-athletes for outstanding seasons in their respective fall sports.

All of Holton’s fall teams had remarkable seasons: each competed in their respective postseason tournaments with cross country capturing three titles, and soccer bringing home the season division championship as well as the ISL A tournament championship. The accolades are welcome praise for the resiliency shown by Holton athletes after the difficulties imposed by COVID-19.

“Any time our student-athletes receive an all-ISL honor, it shows their commitment to sports in general and also Holton athletics,” said Director of Athletics and Physical Education Graham Westerberg. “It’s also an opportunity for people within the league to recognize Holton athletes. This didn’t just come from our coaches -- it came from other coaches as well.”
