Promise Campaign: Magid Family Commits to Upgrade Theater Space

The Magid Family – parents Vicky and Chip, daughters Paige ’20, Blair ’23, and Chip’s mother Marilyn Magid – made a gift to upgrade and update the lighting in James Whittier Lewis Theater.

"The Fine and Performing Arts Department at Holton-Arms is nothing short of phenomenal,” said Chip. “The faculty’s incredible commitment of time and effort, insistence on excellence, and deep commitment to each student’s personal growth results not only in extremely impressive productions, but also in confident and accomplished young women and men who share a passion for their craft and develop lasting bonds with each other.

"We are extremely grateful for Holton helping our daughter, Paige, find the joy and rewards of theater – something that has also made her college experience much more rewarding and that we expect will be a big part of her future – and wanted to recognize the people who give so much of themselves to instill joy, passion, confidence, and a desire to pursue excellence in Holton students.”

Generosity from community members like you is how we make our way.
