Body Sculpt
Meredith McGuire returns to get you back into a fitness routine! Classes will be held after school from 4 - 5 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in our weight room.
Please Note: January Classes will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Body Sculpt classes are led by Holton's Wellness Instructor, Meredith McGuire, a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. So even if it's been a while since you've been in the gym or have lingering injuries keeping you from working out, Meredith is known for creating inclusive routines that are low impact and challenging but not overwhelming.

Faculty/Staff Yoga:
Yoga is back! What better way to end your day than with motivational slow-flow yoga on Wednesday mornings from 4 - 5 p.m. Jenny Mayo from Mind & Movement will lead you through a 60-minute slow-flow and restorative yoga session. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, Jenny will have movements that will fit everyone’s needs.
Dates: Wednesday, February 5 - Wednesday, March 19 (6 classes), no class on Wednesday, March 12
