Transportation change requests must be submitted in advance, as early as possible, but no later than noon on the school day before the change is planned.
Guest Rider requests should be submitted 48 hours in advance, and require a form by both the host and guest rider.
Transportation changes must be approved in writing by the Transportation office.
I understand that the parent of my student's requested guest must also submit a Transportation Change Request form. The Transportation Office will not approve any request for guest rider unless each parent involved submits a Transportation Change Request.
If this request is for a guest on an afternoon bus, I understand that I am responsible for supervision of the guest rider when the guest and my student exit the bus.

I understand that students riding Holton-Arms School buses are required to follow all established safety rules as defined in the Bus Behavior Expectations of the Transportation Information Handbook.
I further understand that Holton-Arms School buses are considered an extension of the Holton-Arms campus. All elements of the Holton Honor Code, School Rules, Behavior Expectations apply to students on school buses just as they do when a student is in school.
