Holton Celebrates National Merit Semifinalists

Holton-Arms congratulates its semifinalists and commended students in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program! The program honors students for their outstanding performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). Recognizing the highest-scoring students from each state, the program has named 16,000 semifinalists who scored in the top 1%. These students now advance to the finalist competition for approximately 7,250 National Merit Scholarships, which will be awarded in the spring. Additionally, the program has recognized 34,000 commended students who scored in the top 2-3% of test-takers nationwide.
