Kimberly Stevenson Parks

A graduate of a girls' school, Kimberly is excited to return to her roots—championing the power of girls' education and fostering meaningful connections within the Holton-Arms community. She has a proven track record of guiding educational communities through strategic philanthropic initiatives that advance their mission. Colleagues who have worked alongside Kimberly speak highly of her ability to develop strong personal relationships, implement effective fundraising strategies, and uphold high standards, all while maintaining a learner’s mindset.

Kimberly has held senior leadership positions at Loyola University Maryland, McDaniel College, and St. Paul’s School for Girls. In these roles, she demonstrated deep expertise in many facets of external leadership. From campaign planning to major gift fundraising, she leads with collaboration and is an active presence in the life of each educational community she serves.

Her skills in team leadership and mentoring, combined with an insatiable curiosity about the field of fundraising and a deep passion for educational institutions, have made her a well-respected and sought-after leader in the profession. Throughout Holton’s search process, her meetings with parents, administrators, students, and volunteers generated great enthusiasm for her candidacy and excitement for Holton’s philanthropic future.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberly is deeply committed to service. She has volunteered extensively in her children’s independent schools, the Episcopal Church, and community programs such as the Baltimore Hunger Project, where she mentors high school students on food insecurity and social impact.

Kimberly and her husband, Ridgely, have three adult children and two beloved dogs.

We are thrilled to welcome Kimberly as she officially joins Holton-Arms on April 1, 2025. If you are unable to attend the welcome coffee, you will likely see her at events across campus. She looks forward to getting to know each member of our community, gaining a deeper understanding of Holton’s distinct culture, and finding new ways to grow Holton’s excellence.
