Teaching Fellows Program Brings Budding Teachers to Holton

This two-year program aims to develop novice teachers in the independent school environment. Holton’s Learn Well, Live Well, Lead Well (LW3) Teaching Philosophy, along with a framework based in research and best practices, provides these novice educators a foundation to build their skills and knowledge base in order to become effective teachers.

Inspired by her time volunteering at St. Michael Special School in New Orleans, Carson B. '24 is helping to make an even bigger impact on the community there.

We are thrilled to welcome Penny B. Evins to the Holton-Arms community as of July 1, 2023. She was appointed by the Board of Trustees as Holton-Arms’ 8th Head of School in November 2022 to succeed Susanna A. Jones.

Two Holton Seniors Named Presidential Scholars

Sophia Hall '23 and Maya Lall '23 have been named 2023 U.S. Presidential Scholars, one of the highest honors bestowed upon graduating high school seniors.
