Holton-Arms Wellness Program
The Holton-Arms Wellness Program supports the mind, body, and spirit of faculty, staff, and current parents through a variety of fitness opportunities.
The Wellness Program offerings include Pilates, body sculpting, swimming, Zumba®, therapeutic massage.
Faculty, staff, and parent participants are role models for the girls at Holton-Arms in embracing the importance of healthful activities in their daily lives. The Wellness Program also fosters a sense of community and collegiality in a safe and active setting. Individuals of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
Wellness Classes
Body Sculpting
Parents: 8 - 9:15 a.m. Classes meets Monday through Thursday in the weight room. Register online.

4 -5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in the pool February 26- May 23, no open swim during spring break (March 31 - April 1).

Faculty only. 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. weekdays by appointment, email Carrie Johnson.
