Uniforms

Holton-Arms has a school uniform in order to focus more on learning and less on material possessions.

Parents are expected to support and enforce the uniform. All clothing must be clean, neat, and in good repair, and must fit appropriately.

Physical Education

Both Middle and Lower Schools have uniform requirements for physical education classes.

Lower School

P.E. uniforms may be purchased through Screen Designs.

Middle School

P.E. uniforms are ordered through the Physical Education Department in the fall.

Middle School students may wear a top of their chosing on Fridays for free dress.

Upper School

All incoming 9th grade athletes will be required to purchase a Holton-Arms warm-up suit to use throughout their Upper School athletic career. The warm-up suit is available through Screen Designs & Promotions (pdf directions ) or from the Screen Design website (username Holton and password athletics).

Upper Schoolers have free dress on Fridays.

Gently-Used Uniforms

The Hang-Up, Holton’s gently-used uniform boutique, is available through the Advancement Center and open during regular school hours. The HangUp is brought to you by the Holton-Arms Alumnae Association, whose mission and focus is to provide continued value to the Holton experience.

Students and families may purchase jumpers, skirts, polos, turtlenecks, gym uniforms, sweatshirts, fleeces, and sweaters, all at a significant discount. Prices for items in the boutique range from $5 to $15. Donations to the HangUp can be made at any time to the Advancement Center!
