Honors & Recognition

Post Season Honors | Collegiate Play

At Holton-Arms, we value and embrace the variety within our successful athletic program. Different teams each school year may experience success or may be rebuilding; our overall program, however, remains constant, as does the high level of commitment from our athletes.

Some players go on to play in collegiate programs after graduation, while others play at Holton for the love of the game with no plans on perusing their athletic careers beyond high school. Either way, many athletes who competed for us received honors and awards.

Holton athletes are often recognized on a local and national level for their successes. They have received recognition from the media, the ISL and County leagues, and been named All-American. Please visit our team pages to view current Team Awards.

More than 25 Holton students currently compete at the collegiate level in Division I, II, and III athletics. Holton students have participated at the intercollegiate level in all current sports sponsored by the School.

Established in 2001 as part of the Centennial Celebration, the Athletic Hall of Fame acknowledges Holton athletes based on their athletic careers at Holton and beyond, as well as their sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence. IN nApril 2008 three outstanding women: Anne Keiser '66, Leigh Ernst Friedstedt '89 and Caroline Keber '92 were inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame.

Each week, varsity and JV coaches nominate an athlete who has proven herself through leadership, contribution to the team, and/or attitude and effort.  Those players are then voted on by a committee who selects a Panther of the Week.
