Season Preview:
A year removed from the heartbreak of a penalty-kick loss in the 2008 ISL playoffs, the varsity soccer team returns energized and focused in 2009. Coach Alberto Rios, in his fifth season, has the advantage of leaning on the talent and experience of three returning seniors and captains - Luci Perkins, Austin Settle, and Gavin Taylor. The incoming and veteran player's versatility will allow the Panthers to compete against very competitive and talented opponents. The team will look to turn around a 5-6 record and build upon a strong end to the 2008 season.
