The Lower School Library and the Alice S. Marriott Library programs feature a full range of library information services to students, faculty, and other members of the Holton community, including:

• Selection and maintenance of quality print, non-print, and electronic materials to meet curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular needs
• Help in using the libraries’ online catalogs and databases
• Reference services
• Individual and group instruction in research and information literacy skills
• Preparation of bibliographies and research guides
• Cooperative planning of curricular library assignments and projects
• Integration of educational technology into the curriculum
• Book talks and individual reader guidance
• Annotated reading lists for pleasure reading
• Summer reading lists
• Preparation of timely and interesting displays

Both libraries are equipped for wireless computer access and feature the latest developments in educational use of technology. The libraries’ websites provide access to virtual library services from anywhere on campus and from home.
