Holton-Arms faculty and staff serve as role models, mentors, guides, interpreters, friends, and coaches.

• Eight are Holton alumnae
• Twenty-six have been/are Holton parents
• Twenty-six are men; 124 are women
• Twelve hold doctorates; 78 hold masters degrees; 53 have bachelors degrees; and four have associate degrees. Of the 78 with masters degrees, ten have more than one masters degree
• Twelve are native-speaking linguists
• Holton's faculty and professional staff have been at the school a cumulative total of 1,406 years (or an average tenure of 9+ years)
