Singers in grades 9-12, including students new to Holton, are welcome to attend Music Theory Boot Camp and/or the Music Reading Intensive for Singers. These free workshops are held in the Eli Sheridan Music Technology Lab. Each workshop is designed to help students strengthen their melodic and rhythmic reading skills, increase their understanding or music notation and music theory that will help them become stronger singers.

Session 1: Music Reading Intensive for Singers

Session 2: Music Theory Boot Camp

Wednesday and Thursday, June 21 and 22 - 9:00-11:30 a.m.

Session 3: Music Theory Boot Camp

Wednesday and Thursday, August 23 and 24 - 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Session 4: Music Reading Intensive for Singers

Saturday, September 23 – 10:00 a.m. To 12:00 pm
